Patients can request repeat prescriptions online via the Patient Access® app. If they have nominated your pharmacy, they will receive automatic push notifications on their smart device, keeping them informed throughout the process.

These notifications update patients when their prescription is received, processed, and ready, reducing the need for manual follow-ups and saving valuable admin time.

Once the prescription is ready, pharmacists can send a predefined message to notify the patient that it is available for collection or out for delivery.
