Our mission is inextricably linked to our vision for sustainability. Creating technology that makes a noticeable difference to front-line healthcare and the lives of people across the UK is an inherently motivating theme that runs throughout our culture.

We have four objectives for people and culture, which also help us achieve our sustainability goals:

Our focus on wellbeing

We understand the importance of health and wellbeing in all its aspects.

  • Employee Assistance Programme

    For example, all employees have access to an employee assistance programme which provides opportunities for a number of different support interventions dependent on individual need, including counselling and advice.

  • Reward and recognition

    We have a platform which actively encourages employees to show recognition to their colleagues so that we can celebrate successes and promote a supportive culture.

  • Wellbeing benefits

    Our benefits package ensures that colleagues have support in the areas of physical and mental health and wellbeing, financial health as well as professional development and learning.
