Full audit trail
QIFF, QAIF and QOF Points, are automatically added as part of the General Medical Services (GMS) contract. Points are awarded for texting patients concerning:

Snowmeds Medical Messenger read codes are inserted into the patient's notes, giving a full audit trail of your communications.
Efficient contact methods
The changes to NHSmail has affected the availability of free texting for some surgeries. Medical Messenger gives you the same functionality as texting using the patient’s email address, and they can choose their preferred method of contact.
VC Smart Mail, a secure online pay-as-you-go postal service, allows you to manage all your letters from your desktop: Upload your letter content and address list, the system does a mail merge, confirms the price, and gives you the option to send and choose postage class. Each letter costs less than a stamp and all the manual admin is done for you.
