Easy to use interface

Envisage includes access to our CodaSign Content Manager interface that allows you to upload, create and share a range of content to your Envisage system quickly and easily.

With Envisage, you can create your own messages called templates to share with your patients. These can be tailored to suit your practice and updated as many times as you like. You can also quickly export content from Canva, and share your X (Twitter) and Instagram feeds on your displays.

What can I display?

You can quickly upload, create, and share a range of content using the Content Manager interface, including:

• Uploading your own graphic and video files
• Creating personalised templates to instantly share your practice information and services
• Sharing Canva designs directly to your displays
• Displaying your live social media feeds – including Instagram and X (Twitter)

Media Library - content for GP practices

Envisage Waiting Room TV also includes access to a regularly updated library of hundreds of media articles specifically designed for use by GP practices. This includes:

• Exclusive videos on a range of health topics – including content on cancer, smoking, mental health, and healthy living.
• Content to promote additional services and information – such as flu vaccinations, childhood immunisations and care navigation.
• Content from a range of other providers – including official campaign videos from the UK HSA, NHS England and the UK Government.

Templating - share your practice information

Templating is an innovative feature available with Envisage that allows you to create a variety of eye-catching slides that can be displayed on your waiting room screens.

You can use Templating to share personalised practice information, such as your opening hours, missed appointments information or out of hours services. There are over 20 designs available and all templates can be updated as many times as you require.

Patient Call - Save time and streamline your practice

Envisage is also available with a patient call feature that allows you to call patients directly from your consulting room. This removes the need for your reception staff or other members of your practice team to leave their desks and call patients to their appointment. This provides a range of benefits, including:
