Patient and Care Optimiser (PACO) was developed with the primary goal to help improve the lives of those working directly in healthcare establishments, as well as to better the quality of care patients receive.
The PACO solution is separated into four key modules that work together to provide actionable insights, outreach to patients, automate patient scheduling and offer virtual consultations remotely. All modules integrate with EMIS Web, automating many of the manual processes currently carried out by practice teams.
Integrated modules
Analytics: provides detailed views of capacity and demand and patient and medication data. Allows stratification of patient cohorts including map views to understand geographical demographic information.
Comms Hub: uses Analytics data to create tailored patient outreach campaigns to tackle health inequalities, LTC patient cohorts, and give updates. Gives real-time feedback, such as, did the patient open the information sent.
Blinx scheduler: the booking module was designed with primary care teams, so patients receive targeted resources for specific issues.
Virtual Consultations: allows meetings between patients and clinicians or admin staff, and disciplinary teams. The platform’s media library stores, with consent, the patient interactions - video, audio and web chat - to support the wider practice needs such as, staff training or clinical audit.
