Our Transformation & Training Team have achieved their 19th accreditation with the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) and our fourth consecutive gold standard.
For the last 19 years, our Transformation and Training provision have been accredited by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI).
For the last four years we have achieved a 'gold' standard for both our digital and in-person training provision, this is the highest accreditation level possible.
This year, FourteenFish Learning Services were included in the accreditation and are now also a 'gold' standard LPI accredited learning provider.
The LPI are a global accreditation body who assess all aspects of the learning cycle whilst looking at value proposition and customer impact and benchmark our learning services against a global set of standards.
They reviewed the way in which we support trainees through our portfolio services as well as provide ongoing education through our clinical library, education content and support clinicians through their appraisal process.
