EMIS shortlisted in Employee Benefits Awards

EMIS has been named as a finalist in the Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance and Hybrid Working category at the 2023 Employee Benefits Awards.
In this category, the judges have recognised companies “that offer greater flexibility to help support employees manage their lives outside work, as well as their own wellbeing and wider workplace experience”.
At EMIS, we recently launched an internal programme to ensure we truly excel as an employer. As part of this programme we’ve added even more benefits for our employees, being guided by our workforce on what’s important to them when it comes to meaningful work-life benefits.
A few examples of our benefits relating to work-life balance and flexibility include:
- Home-working and flexible hours. Employees can choose to work from home or visit one of our collaboration hubs. Employees can also flex their working hours (appropriate to role) to accommodate personal commitments and interests
- Apply to work up to four weeks abroad each year
- Flexible bank holidays and holiday carryover, allowing colleagues in the UK to take their leave when it best suits them
- Emergency dependants leave
- Extended flexible paternity leave and increased full-pay maternity leave to help new parents balance work and care
