We are proud to have been named as a finalist in the Best Benefits to Support Work-Life Balance category at the 2024 Employee Benefits Awards for the second year running.

As a mainly homeworking business, it’s important that our benefits are flexible and support work-life balance. We carefully tailor our benefits to ensure they are appropriate for our UK and Chennai workforce, accounting for lifestyle and working cultural differences.

We continually review and improve our benefits, based on feedback from employees. We regularly ask employees their view of a great work-life balance – through manager engagement, employee forums and surveys – and introduce new innovations in direct response.
