EMIS Annual Awards 2023: Celebrating our nominees and winners

At EMIS, recognising our people and their impact is central to our culture. That’s why we have a reward and recognition programme where we hold quarterly and annual awards to recognise, celebrate and reward individuals and teams throughout the business.
At the start of this year, the nomination window for our Annual Awards opened to give our colleagues the opportunity to champion the corner of an individual or team who stood out for their achievements in 2023. All nominations were then submitted to a panel of representatives from our leadership team to shortlist.
Our award categories were carefully curated to ensure our company values were reflected in the nominations and there were additional opportunities for all business areas to take part. The categories were:
