As 2022 comes to a close we wanted to look back on another successful year at EMIS and celebrate some of the wonderful milestones achieved.
EMIS awarded full rollout approval for NHS Digital's Transfer of Care Initiative
This allows GP practices to receive electronic discharges and outpatient letters from hospitals straight into Workflow Manager, subject to the hospital systems ability to construct correspondence as Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) documents.
100 million Covid-19 vaccinations powered by EMIS software
EMIS was the first UK health-tech provider to launch a clinical software system that could support the NHS in mobilising the largest vaccination programme in its history.
