Our business responsibilities
Strong and ethical governance practices are integral to our long-term sustainable value creation.
Committed to good governance
Good governance is instrumental to how our business operates, whether this is in the clinical safety of our products, data governance to ensure patient records are secure or corporate governance to ensure that the whole company operates effectively.
Central to our approach is effective leadership. Having the right culture and robust processes ensures that everyone knows what to do and how to do it in the right way, driving the business forwards anchored in a strong governance framework.
Four objectives provide the governance framework of our sustainability strategy:
- Ensuring the highest standards of compliance across the business
- Driving accountability within our value chain
- Robustly monitor progress and actions on sustainability issues
- Ensuring clinical safety and data security is at the heart of everything we do
"We strive to operate to the highest standards of clinical safety, data security and proactive risk mitigation through good business governance: these are the cornerstones of our business and provide the strong foundations for growth."
