With EMIS Web PCN Hub, we've brought together the core components you'll need to run your Primary Care Network effectively, including EPS, GP Connect appointments and care record sharing, as well as our GP workload tool and Consultation Write Back functionality. Supported by the relevant sharing agreements, PCN Hub is enabling the relevant clinicians in any service to access the patient records they need to deliver accurate and personalised care, and to manage patient needs from within a dedicated hub environment.
