Minuteful for Wound has an end-to-end flow for clinicians delivering wound care. Integration with EMIS Web eliminates dual entry requirements and ensures continuity of care by providing comprehensive information about the wound, which is updated in the patient record.

Update patient records automatically

Patient details are loaded directly from EMIS Web and upon completion of an assessment, the user can use the Minuteful for Wound web-based portal to review and edit the assessment. When satisfied they send the data back to the relevant patient record in EMIS Web with the click of a button.

Save time with filed back clinical information and SNOMED coding

Consultations are automatically created in patient records and all the filed back clinical information is displayed, which includes an image of the wound. Associated clinical coding (SNOMED CT) is also filed back.
