Edenbridge shortlisted in HSJ Partnership Awards

We are pleased to announce that Edenbridge Healthcare, part of the EMIS Group, has been shortlisted twice for the Primary Care Project of the Year award in the 2023 Health Service Journal (HSJ) Partnership Awards.
NHS Kent & Medway ICB collaborated with Edenbridge by using the APEX solution to pioneer the Contract Manager module. This automatically captures data from clinical systems, automates the submission to payment workflow and releases valuable hours for GP Practice and the Health Outcomes Improvement and Performance teams to focus on what really matters, delivering outstanding patient care with improved outcomes.
NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit and Gillingham South PCN also collaborated with Edenbridge on a project using APEX software to understand and increase efficiency and patient access, releasing 2.6% of GP capacity. Their quality improvement project concentrated on enhancing the triage process and staff training, aiming to reduce avoidable GP appointments.
Both projects have benefited from rich business intelligence insights using APEX to deliver more efficient healthcare across their localities.
