In an article by Chemist and Druggist, it was revealed that EMIS’s Community Pharmacy Consultation Service (CPCS) solution, PharmOutcomes, was the number one choice with 9,122 (86.3%) pharmacies selecting to use it.

This comes after the announcement that in April 2022, NHS England would hand the cost of IT licences to the provider, meaning pharmacists delivering the CPCS would be required to choose and pay for an IT system they would like to use to deliver this service.
