Our leave policies

Our leave policies reflect the flexible working we want our colleagues to have, to ensure a good work-life balance.

Maternity leave
Up to 26 weeks' at full pay and 13 weeks' at statutory pay for colleagues with over 12 months' service. Gender neutral family leave for expectant parental and adoption leave is in line with maternity leave pay.
Partner/paternity leave
Six weeks' full paid leave for colleagues with over 26 weeks' service.
Emergency dependants leave
Three days' full pay in any 12 month period, available to all employees.
Employee Giving and Volunteering

Receive a 1:1 match for donations to eligible charities and earn rewards for tracking volunteering hours.
