Timely communication of accurate and legible discharge summaries

The latest NHS directive urges hospitals to carry out at least 35% of discharges before midday, to help prevent delayed discharges. Our eDischarge solution combines electronic discharge summaries and medicines management workflow to help you meet these targets.

How it works

By capturing all relevant patient information throughout the patient’s journey, information can be kept up to date more easily. This means that follow ups and referrals can be prepared in advance, saving time for clinicians and staff.

eDischarge provides seamless handover between secondary and primary care for the ongoing care of patients after their stay in hospital.
