Smartflow also supports consistent coding by suggesting relevant SNOMED codes alongside extracted information. Users can review and confirm these suggestions, improving accuracy while reducing manual effort. Tasks can then be assigned to individual users or shared team workflows, making it easier to track responsibilities and ensure actions are completed. 

Once reviewed, documents can be filed directly into EMIS Web as structured patient record entries, with the original document attached and relevant coding applied. A full audit trail is maintained throughout, supporting transparency and safer record management.
