EMIS has been shortlisted in the Reward Gateway | Edenred Appreciation Awards 2024, in the Most Impactful Reward and Recognition Strategy category.
The Reward Gateway | Edenred Appreciation Awards are a celebration of the outstanding work that HR teams across the UK are doing to create a positive employee experience and a culture of appreciation within their organisations.
Judges were impressed by our EMIS Heroes rewards programme – it’s where colleagues can celebrate each other and say thank you with an eCard or instant reward. We use EMIS Heroes to celebrate how we live our values, supporting each other so that collectively we can throw our energy into doing our best for our NHS customers and their patients.
Judges felt that EMIS Heroes had made a significant positive change to EMIS’s working culture, positively influencing the employee experience.
