Best Practice Birmingham brings together more than 2,000 primary care professionals for two days of practical learning, new ideas and conversations about the future of general practice.

Join our CEO, Paul Marriott, in the Smart Practice Theatre:
What if better care was our measure of productivity?
How technology can create time, connect teams and help primary care act earlier for patients

Primary care doesn’t need innovation for innovation’s sake. It needs practical changes that give clinicians more time with patients, help teams coordinate care and make it easier to act before opportunities are missed.

Drawing on emerging primary care technology, Paul will explore what productivity can make possible: better conversations, more connected care and earlier intervention. Hear what safe and useful healthcare AI looks like, how information can become action and how the NHS’s three shifts can translate into meaningful changes in everyday care.
