Digital Champions

Join our new initiative designed to recognise, empower and connect people who are passionate about getting the very best from digital tools.

What is the Digital Champions programme?

Digital Champions are frontline users who are passionate about making digital tools work better in practice. They help shape how digital solutions develop by sharing real‑world insight and experience, while also encouraging confident, effective use locally through peer support and shared learning. The programme connects everyday experience with future improvement — recognising and supporting those who want to make a difference to how technology supports services.

  • Influence what comes next

Share real‑world insight, feedback and use cases that help shape future development and priorities.

  • Early visibility of upcoming changes

Gain early access to new features, previews, pilots and discovery activity ahead of wider rollout.

  • Professional recognition and development

Receive certificates, digital badges and recognition that support professional credibility and career progression.

  • Make a difference locally

Support confidence, engagement and effective adoption of digital tools within your organisation through peer influence and shared learning.

  • Connect to a trusted peer community

Join a network of knowledgeable, enthusiastic users to share ideas, challenges and best practice.

What does being a Digital Champion involve?

As a Digital Champion, you’ll be asked to:

  • Take part in programme sessions, briefings, webinars and community discussions
  • Share honest, practical insight from real‑world use to inform future development and improvement
  • Contribute feedback, ideas and use cases through structured feedback and discovery activities
  • Encourage local confidence and effective adoption by sharing knowledge, experience and programme resources
  • Share success stories and examples of impact where appropriate
  • Act constructively as a representative voice for frontline users, helping connect local experience with future direction

Membership typically runs for 12 months, with the opportunity to continue based on ongoing participation and contribution.
