Keeping you connected

Constant Connect helps ensure uninterrupted access to essential NHS services such as prescription downloads, stock ordering and electronic claims—even during broadband outages. 

The SIM card automatically switches to a secure 4G/5G connection, maintaining your link to the Transition Network (formerly N3) and the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).*

*Not available to customers currently on Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN).
