Our Local Services solution allows you to digitally triage and refer patients into local healthcare services, saving time for patients and clinicians alike, and supporting shared working across your neighbourhood. Integrated with EMIS Web, Local Services automatically codes referrals back into the patient record using SNOMED CT. It provides practices with enhanced reporting of all triage assessments and referrals, to better understand the needs of their patient population.
Tailor bespoke services
Using cloud based technology, Local Services allows primary care teams to work collaboratively with local providers to direct patients to the most appropriate care.
Our clinically authored Pharmacy First Triage allows non-clinical staff to assess a patient’s suitability for a Pharmacy First referral using a question and answer form, before selecting the patient’s preferred pharmacist from our searchable directory of community pharmacists.
You can also configure additional local services to meet the needs of your patient population. With optional inbuilt triage, we'll work with you to tailor lifestyle intervention services, such as smoking cessation, or PGD services, with configurable directories of service providers.

Primary Care Networks (PCNs) can use Local Services to tailor their offering in line with the needs of their local community, and integrate local referral pathways into their ways of working.
