Capture record and assess wound images

WoundMatrix is a cloud-based platform designed for the secure capture, measurement and instant upload of wound images and data at the point of care. It allows for the photographing of wounds from any location, tracking treatments and monitoring wound healing progress.

The platform includes two apps: the Clinician App and the Patient Telehealth App. The WoundMatrix Clinician App can be used in any setting to capture wound images, conduct comprehensive wound assessments including lower-limbs. It can create wound care plans from completed assessments and measure wounds automatically. The WoundMatrix Patient Telehealth App enables patients to upload wound images easily and instantly from any location.
