Hints and tips
How do I prevent a patient from seeing information on their online record in EMIS Web?
- The Online Visibility option in Consultations and Care History gives you the option to make a consultation or entry not visible to the patient in their online care record.
- Online Visibility could be used for a sensitive lab result prior to speaking to the patient or, for example, if a patient allows their partner to access their online account but doesn't want them to see a particular issue.
