Partners update

How Access Elemental are managing social prescribing referrals through integration with EMIS Web

Managing the data and cases of social prescribing referrals can be difficult if you're only using paper processes or spreadsheets. Our partner, Access Elemental Social Prescribing, provide a digital social prescribing platform that centralises all this information into one place. Through integration with EMIS Web information can be shared between GPs and social prescribing organisations, making it easier to manage and track referrals.

Webinar: CEMBooks: the importance of situational reporting

Delivering effective emergency care can be a challenge, especially when overcrowding and bed blocking pose a significant threat to both patient and staff safety. With evidence suggesting a relationship between Emergency Department (ED) crowding and poor patient outcomes, the need to quickly highlight those departments most at-risk of overcrowding has never been more important.

In this session, we will look at the challenges facing emergency and urgent care staff and how operational tools like CEMBooks can help alleviate these common challenges.
