Failure to do so could impact referrals and service continuity. PharmOutcomes Direct will help you to continue to deliver this service in the same way you have always done.

EMIS Web
  • We are pleased to share that our latest EMIS Web PCN based functionality, consultation write back, is currently in pilot stage. It is live in two separate PCNs and is working as expected. This functionality allows a patient to have a consultation at a different practice within a PCN and have a record of this copied and coded back into their record at their registered GP practice. We will continue to add to the pilot sites in the coming weeks and are excited to roll out this functionality later this year.
