EMIS [ now Optum] has many benefits and initiatives for employee wellbeing. I have utilised a number of benefits myself, such as time off for dependents and compassionate leave which allowed me to spend more time with my family. I was able to take leave when I had Covid which gave me time to recover before returning to work and the introduction of new paid marriage leave gave me some additional time to cherish my wedding.

My overall experiences with EMIS has made me who I am today and supported me through all aspects of life. At the end of the day I feel a real sense of accomplishment and I love the people I work with and the freedom to choose the ways of working that works best for me.
