EMIS has been shortlisted in the national Economic Times Human Capital Awards 2024 in India, in the Post-Pandemic Workplace of the Year category.

The award recognises organisations that have excelled in helping employees cope with the after-effects of Covid-19, guiding a smooth transition back to work and providing a supportive work environment.

“Supportive” is one of EMIS’s key values and we place a huge focus on employee wellbeing in everything we do. Being shortlisted is a superb accolade that recognises the way we have collaborated with our employees in India to create a post-pandemic work environment that both supports EMIS’s business goals and helps employees maintain work-life balance.

The awards jury was impressed by EMIS’s rewards and benefits package for employees, which included flexible office presence, return to office allowance and relocation assistance, to help employees ease back into office life. The broad span of benefits that we offer employees – including comprehensive health insurance, hospitalisation leave and time off for dependents leave – demonstrated that swe truly put employees at the heart of business operations. The result is that employee engagement is at an all-time high, at 83% in India.
