Symphony User Group
April saw the return of the Symphony User Group, a great opportunity for us to showcase the improvements we’ve been making to functionality and the overall user experience.
It was well attended by over half of our customer base, who also provided us with insightful feedback ahead of the meeting, enabling us to shape the agenda and hold discussions relevant to customer needs.
The next Symphony user group is being planned for early Autumn, invites will be sent well in advance but please feel free to contact your CRM or account director if you wish to participate or have any questions.
Community Healthcare User Group
In April we held our second Community Healthcare User Group of the year, a great session for us to present our latest roadmap updates, explain our strategy and share best practice.
More than 40 customers attended to hear the latest news about EMIS Web 9.18, EMIS-X, our cloud strategy, Explorer Insights, Healthcare Gateway and FourteenFish.
This event runs three times a year so look out for details of the final session or speak to your CRM or account director to get involved.
