EMIS Web GP Journal View Dataset

Our EMIS Web® GP Journal View enables clinicians to access real-time patient data and displays a 12 month timeline of a patient's encounters and observations made in EMIS Web, giving a clear picture of why they attended the surgery and what the outcome was. This dataset is available as an HTML view or structured XML data.

The journal view is a single view timeline of encounters and observations including coded and free text information. This could include things such as medications, tests, referral notes and examinations.

EMIS Web Community Journal View Dataset

Our EMIS Web Community Journal View enables clinicians and trusted third party organisations involved in a patient's care to access real-time patient data and displays a 12 month timeline of all encounters and observations made in EMIS Web Community and Children's and Mental Health systems.

The journal view is a single view timeline of observations and encounters including coded and free text information. This could include things such as medications, tests, referral notes and examinations.

This dataset is available as an HTML view or structured XML data. The dataset can be seamlessly integrated within the consuming system with a single view of all encounters displayed chronologically - this saves cross referencing different screens, or the need for signing into different systems.
