Connecting you to real-time primary care data

Our Detailed Care Record provides clinicians with integrated access to patient’s primary care data from EMIS Web®, Vision and TPP GP practices via Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG®). Real-time primary care data can be viewed in a single application and shared with other organisations to provide integrated care.

Features

The information can be extracted in a HTML view or as structured XML data and there is also an option to enable associated free text from the GP record alongside the views of the coded data. The following ten views of information are provided in the Detailed Care Record:

In addition to the Detailed Care Record, we provide a range of health and social care datasets that offer additional feeds of real-time patient information via Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG).
