Our Acute Dataset from Teleologic available via  Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG®) provides a view of information from the Teleologic Patient Content Store System and is designed to provide clinicians with a more comprehensive view of a patient’s medical history.

The Acute Dataset from Teleologic is provided as a real-time HTML view. There are eight views available:

  2. Hospital discharge summary
  3. Hospital services
  4. Hospital A&E attendance
  5. Hospital maternity documents
  6. Hospital correspondence
  7. Hospital appointments
  8. Hospital other documents.

In addition to the Acute Dataset from Teleologic, we provide a range of health and social care datasets that offer additional feeds of real-time patient information via Medical Interoperability Gateway (MIG).
