Apex reporting
Effectively plan, monitor and manage your flu clinic
Our Apex analytics platform provides users with reporting dashboards designed specifically to help you to manage flu clinics, available at practice, PCN and enterprise level. Using Apex will allow you to:
-
Review past campaigns to inform approach
Review previous flu campaigns to see which cohorts have been managed well, or not so well, to help you plan effectively. You can also review how much activity has previously been delivered by ‘other organisations’ where you haven't been paid.
-
Monitor campaign success and completion dates
Monitor your campaign progress against all cohorts as you start vaccinating, and set targets to monitor against your run rate to provide predicted completion dates.
-
Embrace opportunistic jabbing
By accessing a list of appointments where an eligible patient - who is not yet vaccinated - is due to have a face to face contact in the next two weeks, your team can embrace opportunities to proactively book vaccination appointments.
-
Analyse vaccination uptake across cohorts
Access patient profile information to better understand vaccination uptake and potential inequality based on demographic, LTCs, ethnicity or location.
