Improved death certification

The Electronic Patient Record Viewer (EPRV) provides a real-time view of GP patient data from multiple practices within EMIS Web. The EPRV is therefore ideal for hospitals (especially unplanned care departments) and any healthcare setting where a view of GP records would save time and improve patient care.
In line with 2024's new statutory legislation, Medical Examiners will be responsible for reviewing and signing off death certificates and investigating detail surrounding all deaths that aren't investigated by a coroner.

The EPRV allows Medical Examiners to access to details of a patient's history directly, enabling them to conduct their thorough investigations quickly and efficiently.
