Keeping you connected 

Broadband connectivity is a critical part of community pharmacy, which is why we offer Constant Connect. The service enables you to continue downloading prescriptions as well as supporting other essential services such as dispensing, stock ordering and electronic claims.

If your broadband fails, Constant Connect will seamlessly switch you over to a secure 3G/4G connection giving you continued access to the Transition Network (formerly known as N3) and the new Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).*

*Not available to customers currently on SWAN (Scottish Wide Area Network).
