Odyssey is available for four different types of user:
- Odyssey FirstCall is used in GP practices, 111 and 999 by non-clinical staff to triage patients to offer an appropriate appointment or to offer self-care advice.
- Odyssey TeleAssess is used by GP out of hours services, practices and ambulance services to efficiently manage demand. It supports clinical telephone triage and the provision of up to date self-care advice.
- Odyssey FaceToFace is used by walk-in centres, GP-led health centres, clinics and practices staffed by varying grades of clinician. It supports efficient patient consultations in person through assessment, examination, documentation and care management plans.
- Odyssey Reception is used by non-clinical staff to prioritise patient queues and identify potential emergencies, quickly and safely.
