FrontDesk can either be used standalone or integrated seamlessly with EMIS. It is designed for use by the whole practice team; clinicians, practice managers, receptionists and administrative staff as well as by patients to manage their own appointments.

Modules include web booking, touch screen check-in, SMS reminders, touch tone booking, patient call and patient information systems.
