The Enlighten E4 Touch Screen platform operates seamlessly with EMIS or as a multi-data arrivals application, allowing a shared use of check-in hardware for sites with multiple practice operations.

Enlighten provides the patient with information & choice when checking-in for their appointment, and is able to review or capture up to 13 points of contact information, along with QOF type questions answered and available to the Doctor instantly.

Queues at reception are smaller, improved data quality results in better payments and practice costs are lower than using other traditional arrival and data capture methods.

Enlighten E4 has over 45 check-in languages available & an RNIB (Royal National Institution for the Blind) approved screen design for improved visibility, supporting equality and diversity initiatives.

Bespoke or standard national surveys, Friends & Family Test etc.), can be set up to be completed on the same touch screen, on tablet devices, or the patient’s own smart phone.  CCG’s & CSU’s can collect non-PID results, centrally, using the platform.

Patients can be asked for appointment follow-up consent & powerful reporting features allow the back office to analyse all patient interactions, ready to go back into the patient record where relevant.
