Join 121 Sync for a 15 minute power up session to understand how their streamlined data collection tool, vPad Pro, can help fight COVID-19.
Establishing a data collection routine with care/nursing homes can help create patient health baseline, make informed decision when care/nursing home is asking GP for help.
vPad Pro is a smart medical device with built in measurement modules (BP, SpO2, Temperature etc…) to enable care/nursing homes to view the patient historical record, measure vital signs and directly send ANY coded data into EMIS Web (data to be shared are under the control of GP Practice). The data will be generated electronically, transferred electronically and stored electronically. Removing the paper-based handwriting, oral communication and manual typing steps previously involved. Providing a streamlined approach for GP to collect medical data remotely from care/nursing homes.
