Gladys López is Account Engagement Manager for the UK and Nordics region. She has been working for Clinical Solutions at Elsevier since 2016, collaborating with the region of Latin America and Brazil on her previous role. She has professional experience in Marketing, Public Relations and Diplomacy. Passionate about cultures, prior to Elsevier, her last role was as International Trade Promoter where she organized international events and trade missions across the globe. She has a Master Degree in International Relations and two Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and International Business. She has lived in Guatemala, Canada, India, Thailand and currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Laura Zwack, Commercial Director for Advanced Clinical Decision Support, Elsevier

Laura Zwack is the Commercial Director for Advanced Clinical Decision Support at Elsevier - a world-leading provider of medical information solutions. Her focus are evidence-based clinical pathways, decision support software, and analytics to support cancer center’s care of patients. Prior to joining Elsevier, Laura Zwack co-founded two companies in the IT and healthcare space. In addition, Laura Zwack has gained international experience in Japan working for Boehringer Ingelheim and Hexal. Laura Zwack has a pre-diploma in medicine and a diploma in management & economics. She lives in the South of Germany with her husband and two children.
