This session will provide an in-depth understanding of Patient online services to enable better connectivity between the patient and the organisation.
Alongside an in-depth understanding of Patient online services, this session will also demonstrate how this platform can allow patients to connect to local health services when they need them most. The session will provide highlights around configuring online services to help manage patient expectations and better communication, managing the activation of user and proxy access accounts, best practice around configuring appointment slots, dealing with incoming repeat prescriptions requests & an insight on how nominations can also be managed.
Jonathan Bee, Training and Optimisation Consultant, EMIS Health
Jonathan started working at EMIS Health in 2012 within the Support Team, assisting GP practices with their workflow manager queries and issues. Since 2013 he's been involved in the rollout of EMIS Web across the UK and EPSR2 within the North East. Jonathan also assisted in the delivery of multiple community projects, helping to optimise the way they work. His big passion is to spent time with GP practices and help them get the maximum out of EMIS Web.
